The insane Catholic leader who has this tendency to creep everyone out with his hatred for all who are not Catholic. He can be quite funny, though, and in the manga he does tend to be a little good-looking (personally I like his appearance better in Crossfire).

I also ship IxM, bad person that I am, because I would love to see him tied up in the dungeon with Integra... oops.
